When you think about it, it is your brain, your mind which is running you. The messages that the brain sends out to the body are what cause you to behave the way you do. If you can change those messages you can change to be how you want to be.

Hypnotherapy is a natural state. You are going into it all the time. When you are daydreaming, when you are on 'autopilot' you are almost certainly in some level of hypnosis.

In hypnotherapy all we do is help you become very relaxed. Most people are aware of everything that is being said. You can get up from the chair anytime you want to. It is relaxing, empowering and for many people very, very effective.
